Buddhi Terms of Service
Effective date: August 17, 2026 · Applies to the Buddhi Chrome extension and the Buddhi backend API · Developer / company: RedGobble
1. The service
Buddhi is a browser extension that provides contextual AI assistance for understanding and working with content you are viewing on the web. Using your explicit selection and the context necessary to respond, Buddhi can explain, summarize, draft replies, and continue follow-up conversations.
2. Your use of Buddhi
- You may use Buddhi for lawful purposes only.
- You are responsible for the text you choose to process and for how you use the generated responses.
- You must not use Buddhi to try to circumvent the security, rate limits, or controls of the service or of any website.
- You must not attempt to access the backend in a way other than through the extension and its documented request flow.
3. AI-generated content
Responses are generated by third-party AI providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Verify important information before relying on it. You are responsible for any content you send based on a Buddhi-generated draft.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Buddhi to generate illegal, abusive, harassing, or deceptive content, or content that infringes the rights of others. Buddhi may refuse or stop processing requests that violate this policy.
5. Availability and changes
Buddhi is provided as a beta service and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the service.
6. Disclaimers
Buddhi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedGobble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Buddhi.
8. Your data
How Buddhi handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Buddhi you agree to the processing described there.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to RedGobble's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
